How Do I Qualify For The Affordable Connectivity Program?
STEP 1
NEW OR EXISTING CUSTOMERS - Check if you qualify
New and existing customers who believe they are eligible for ACP can verify identity and eligibility through acpbenefit.org.
If you meet one of the following criteria, you qualify for Affordable Connectivity Program:
- Participate in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC or Lifeline;
- Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year
- Receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision.
- Has an income that is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines: View Guidelines
- Your name, or the name of your benefit qualifying person (BQP);
- The name of the ACP-qualifying program, such as SNAP;
- The government or Tribal program administrator or the managed care organization (MCO) that issued the document; and
- An issue date within the last 12 months or a future expiration date that aligns with the benefit period.

NOTIFY US ONCE APPROVED
Once approved, call us at 888-774-5370 or email us at lowincomeassistance@ideatek.com, and we will begin the enrollment process.
How Do I Sign Up for the Affordable Connectivity Program?
Residents who already qualify will be reenrolled in the program. Beginning Dec. 31, 2021, all new customers can apply and be approved for ACP at ACPBenefit.org.
Once verified, qualifying households can sign up for any level of IdeaTek service.

Lifeline Program
Lifeline is the FCC’s program to help make communications services more affordable for low-income residents. Lifeline provides subscribers a discount on monthly telephone service or broadband Internet service. The discount helps ensure that low-income residents can afford 21st century broadband and the access it provides to jobs, healthcare, and educational resources.
Discount per month
Phone service: $13.02 discount off of monthly bill
Internet service: $5.25 discount off of monthly bill
