Gift Card Promotion Terms and Conditions
a. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the IdeaTek Gift Card Promotion, the customer (hereafter “Customer” or “Cardholder”) must be a new residential customer who signs up for service between advertised dates. Additionally, the Customer must maintain the same or equivalent service for a minimum of two (2) billing cycles. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to one (1) gift card per household. IdeaTek reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Gift Card Promotion at any time, without notice.
b. Delivery of Gift Card
Gift cards will be mailed no sooner than 90 days after service activation, to the address provided on the Customer’s account with IdeaTek Telecom, LLC (hereafter “IdeaTek”), provided the address is within IdeaTek’s service area. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the address on file is accurate.
c. Gift Card Restrictions
Physical gift cards, electronically delivered gift cards (eCards), gift certificates, and/or redemption codes (collectively referred to as "Gift Cards") are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
d. Tax and Expenses
The Customer is responsible for all applicable sales and/or use taxes, including shipping and handling charges, for any items purchased using a Gift Card. These charges are subject to the merchant’s policies at the time of redemption. Any purchase exceeding the value of the Gift Card will be at the Customer's expense.
e. Merchant Restrictions
Gift Cards may be subject to additional restrictions imposed by the merchant or by IdeaTek, including but not limited to expiration dates. If a Gift Card expires, any remaining balance may be returned to IdeaTek and the card will no longer be usable. Gift Cards used to purchase services are also subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider.
f. Additional Terms
Additional terms and conditions may be provided on the Gift Card itself, and the Customer agrees to comply with these terms.
g. Bankruptcy Liability
If a merchant associated with a Gift Card declares bankruptcy, IdeaTek is not liable for the remaining balance on the Gift Card.
h. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Each merchant establishes its own policies regarding lost or stolen Gift Cards or gift certificates. IdeaTek will not replace lost or stolen physical or electronic Gift Cards or gift codes, including those sent to an incorrect address or email.
i. Non-Receipt of Gift Card
If the Gift Card is not received by the Cardholder, the Customer must notify IdeaTek within thirty (30) to sixty (60) days from the expected shipping date. Upon receiving such notification, IdeaTek will investigate the issue and, at its sole discretion, may replace the Gift Card if the original remains unused and unredeemed.
j. Damaged or Defaced Gift Cards
IdeaTek is not responsible for any Gift Cards that are defaced, damaged, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for redemption after they have been received by the Customer.
k. Merchant Affiliation
The merchant or vendor of the Gift Card is not affiliated with IdeaTek, and IdeaTek is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Gift Card or actions of the Gift Card’s merchant or vendor.
l. Customer Service
For any questions, please contact IdeaTek's customer service at [insert contact information]. You can expect a response within 3 business days. If you leave a voicemail, your call will be returned on the following business day. IdeaTek is not responsible for any Gift Card issues, including but not limited to activation, insufficient balance, or a merchant’s refusal to accept the Gift Card. For Gift Card-related concerns, please contact the merchant or vendor directly at their customer service number, which should be located on the Gift Card or on the merchant/vendor’s website.
