Activate Your Account
Sign in to your IdeaTek e-care billing portal and locate the link to the Referral Program. From there, you can enroll in the Refer-a-Friend program using the email address associated with your account and access your personal referral dashboard.

Share Your Referral Link
From your dashboard, copy and share your unique referral link with friends, family, or neighbors—by text, email, or social media. Your link makes sure the credit is applied correctly to your account.

Earn Bill Credits
Track referrals directly in your dashboard. After your friend signs up and pays their first bill, you’ll both receive a $30 credit on your next billing cycle. The more you refer, the more you save!
Both the referring and referred customers will receive a $30 account credit within 60 days after the referred customer’s internet installation is complete. Referred customer must be a new IdeaTek internet customer. Credits have no cash value and may only be applied toward future IdeaTek services. IdeaTek reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without notice.
