IdeaTek is bringing gigabit fiber internet to Stafford, Kansas
STAFFORD, Kansas – Super-fast fiber internet service and special pricing is now available to hundreds of Stafford families and businesses, thanks to IdeaTek.
The Buhler-based internet company began construction in Stafford this summer, delivering unlimited and uncapped speeds of up to 2.5 gigabits per second. Demand for reliable internet is high in the Stafford area and early install slots are quickly filling up. Residents can sign up for service at hookmeup.ideatek.com.
IdeaTek’s 100-percent fiber investment connects nearly 700 homes and businesses to fiber. As part of a partnership, IdeaTek is also unveiling special pricing for Stafford residents:

IdeaTek has provided Stafford schools with fiber internet for several years, which has helped the small school create critical remote learning opportunities, along with the opportunity to develop a robotics curriculum. In 2020, IdeaTek deployed wireless internet to Stafford and the surrounding communities in the county. It was developed as a temporary solution until fiber could be built.
