IdeaTek to migrate Skylink customers April 19-23
Former Skylink customers will now be billed from IdeaTek Telcom
Effective immediately, former Skylink customers will now be billed from IdeaTek Telcom.
You will be unable to make payments through the Skylink website. The IdeaTek billing portal — http://bit.ly/ideatekbilling — will be available for former Skylink customers to create their billing accounts and set up their payment options. Once you receive your May invoice, you can go to the billing portal and enter your information and invoice number to create your account.
As an IdeaTek customer, you will have the following options available to pay your monthly bill:
- Automatic bill pay
- Credit card and ACH payments with no convenience fees
- Mail check to PO Box 2875, Wichita, KS 67201
