By joining the IdeaTek family, we are combining Epic Touch’s local roots with IdeaTek’s advanced fiber network. This allows us to invest in much faster speeds and long-term reliability while keeping the same great local support you’ve always had.

It means the service you rely on is only getting better. Your connection will continue without interruption and, as we update the network, you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to even faster speeds that were previously unavailable.

You will see the IdeaTek name appearing on your bills and communications as we officially move forward as one team. While the name on the building is changing, the mission to provide you with "Internet Freedom" remains our top priority.

Absolutely. We aren’t going anywhere. Our office at 610 S Cosmos remains open, and the same Epic Touch team members you know and trust are now IdeaTek team members. We are proud to keep our roots firmly planted in the community.

Your current pricing will not change. Any future pricing or speed adjustments will be communicated clearly before they take effect.

Watch for your welcome email from IdeaTek E-Care. You will receive a separate welcome email about our E-Care portal. This email will walk you through how to access the portal and update your payment information.

Yes, your email will continue to work for now. While we will eventually phase out Epic Touch email domains, this is a gradual process. Our priority is making sure you have plenty of time to transition. We recommend setting up a personal email address – like Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo. We will work closely with you to ensure you are fully set up to receive billing and service updates at your new address long before any changes are made to your current email.

Over time, you'll have access to faster speeds and additional options as we invest in infrastructure upgrades in your area. We’re excited to bring these improvements to you and will keep you updated as new speeds become available in your specific neighborhood.

To support our new higher-speed tiers, some equipment updates will be necessary. We are currently finalizing the rollout plan and will reach out with clear instructions if and when your home or business is ready for an equipment upgrade.
