a. Eligibility Requirements. To be eligible for the IdeaTek Gift Card Promotion, the eligible customer (hereafter, “Customer” or “Cardholder”) must be a new residential customer signed up for service during the period of March 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024. Additionally, the eligible Customer must remain subscribed to the same or equal service originally signed up for a period of no less than two (2) billing cycles. The Gift Card Promotion Offer is not valid with any other offer and is limited to one (1) card per household. The Gift Card Promotion Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice by IdeaTek.
b. The Gift card(s) shall be mailed no sooner than two (2) months following service activation, to the address specified on the Customer’s account with IdeaTek Telcom, LLC (hereafter, “IdeaTek”), provided it is within IdeaTek’s serviceable area. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the address on the account is accurate.
c. Physical gift cards, electronically delivered gift cards (eCard), gift certificates, and/or redemption codes (hereafter, “Gift Card” or “Gift Cards”) cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
d. All other sales and/or use taxes including shipping and handling charges of items purchased using a Gift Card is the responsibility of the Cardholder and are subject to the merchants’ policies in effect at the time of redemption. Purchases in excess of the amount of the Gift Cards are at the Cardholder’s expense.
e. Gift Cards may also be subject to other restrictions imposed by the merchant or IdeaTek including but not limited to an expiration date whereby the Gift Card balance is returned to IdeaTek and no longer usable. Gift cards purchased to provide services are subject to the terms and conditions of the vendor providing the services.
f. Additional terms and conditions may be specified on the Gift Card.
g. If a Gift Card merchant declares bankruptcy IdeaTek is not liable for the underlying funds on the Gift Card.

h. Each merchant sets a policy in regard to lost or stolen gift cards or gift certificates. Lost or stolen physical or electronic Gift Cards/Gift Codes will not be replaced, including cards/codes sent to an incorrect address or email address.
i. If the Gift Card is not received by the Cardholder, the Cardholder must notify IdeaTek no earlier than thirty (30) days after the expected receipt date and no later than sixty (60) days from the expected ship date. Upon receipt of such notification, IdeaTek will investigate and within its sole discretion may replace any non-received shipment, in which a full balance remains on a Gift Card.
j. IdeaTek is not responsible if a Customer defaces, damages or otherwise renders unsuitable for redemption a Gift Card that was received from this Promotion.
k. The Gift Card’s merchant or vendor is not affiliated with IdeaTek nor is IdeaTek affiliated with the Gift Card’s merchant or vendor. Additionally, IdeaTek shall not be liable for any damages caused as a result of using the Gift Card or any damages caused by the particular vendor or merchant of the Gift Card. l. Should a voicemail need to be left, the call will be returned the following business day. Ideatek shall not be responsible for Gift Card issues including, but not limited to, activation, insufficient balance, or failure of a merchant to accept the Gift Card. Any questions or concerns related to Gift Card issues must be directed to the Gift Card merchant or vender at its customer service number which should be located on the Gift Card or on the merchant/vendor’s website.
