Thank you for scheduling your IdeaTek fiber internet installation. We're thrilled to have you as part of our community! Below we have provided all the information you will need to make the most of your IdeaTek experience.

By accepting service, you agree to be bound by our terms of service and service policies found here.
During Your Install
Secure Pets
Your install technician will need to move freely in and out of your house. To ensure a smooth process, please secure your pets to prevent them from getting underfoot or accidentally leaving the house.
Be Available
Your installer will discuss the placement of your fiber line, ONT, and router with you before beginning the installation. They may also ask questions throughout the process to ensure everything is set up to your preferences.
A Note for Afternoon Appointments
For appointments scheduled in the afternoon, be aware that your technician's arrival time might be delayed depending on the completion time of the previous installation.
After Your Install
Disconnect from your previous provider
Wait until our technician completes the installation at your home before contacting your previous provider to cancel your service.
Set up Your Billing
Check your email for more information on how to set up auto-pay and login to our E-Care portal.
